Signature Senior Lifestyle to build 3 new luxury care homes

We are thrilled to share that Signature Senior Lifestyle, in partnership with Elevation, has completed debt financing and construction agreements for three new senior living communities in Greater London. Located in Enfield, Surbiton, and Hornchurch, these purpose-built sites will add 270 beds and create 330 new jobs, delivering the exceptional standard Signature is known for.
