General Manager

Liz Simpson

I’m so proud to be the leader of a successful team where everyone puts their heart and soul into everything they do in their day-to-day duties, making a real difference to the lives of people we serve. We all share the common goal of putting our residents first and making their time with us the best it can be.

Senior Business Administrator

Tatjana Chlystova

I’m better known to my friends as Tania. I’ve been with Signature now since 2008 having previously worked in hospitality for some years. I began as a housekeeping assistant and progressed to managing a team where I found administration and organisation was something I enjoyed. I took up my administrative manager post in 2022 and have so far enjoyed every moment of it. My aim is to provide a quality of service to the business, residents, their loved ones and my colleagues. I like to approach my colleagues and each and every resident with the same enthusiasm and warmth as I’d show to family and friends. When time allows, I enjoy to travel, sometimes to unusual places, either within the UK or further afield. I enjoy nature, walking, sewing and spend time with my family and friends.

Client Liaison Manager

Xenos Foster

I joined the company in 2020, having spent the five previous years locally in a different sector of care. I have strong connections within the community having lived here my entire life. My family have owned and operated the same high street business since 1965. My role for the company is a varied one, utilising all of my skills but I have a passion for helping people and a large proportion of people that need our services know me or my family – which makes my job even more personal and satisfying for me. Signature is known as the best in terms of quality of care and quality of design, and in these areas as well as many others, they are always one step ahead of other care providers. I am delighted to be working for the best care provider in the country. Signature at Weybridge is a truly special home and has a unique atmosphere from the moment you come through our front doors.

Sally Castro Gouveia

I am absolutely delighted to be a part of the Signature Care Home family in Weybridge! I have had the privilege to work in care over the years visiting peoples homes, so I am familiar with the care sector. My main background and passion over the years has been in Sales/Business Development. I am really excited to develop my role here as a Client Liaison Manager to really push the Signature brand locally. I have always found care to be hugely rewarding making a difference to people’s lives. Now I am looking forward to adding value and bringing all my experience I have gained over my career history here to this fabulous care home and amazing team. Exciting times ahead for me!

Clinical Services Manager

Stefanel Cocioaba

I am the Clinical Services Manager here at Weybridge, having been previously the Residential Care Manager for 4 years. I am delighted to be able to use my clinical experience to continue working with the team to ensure that the health and safety of all residents is effectively assessed, planned, implemented and evaluated. I feel privileged to work in such a wonderful community. The dedication and care this team demonstrate every single day, to every single resident, guarantees a warm and loving atmosphere for us all, residents and staff alike. This is not just a job, it’s a rewarding way of life.

Dementia Care Manager

Aneta Binkiewicz

I joined the Weybridge team in 2008 and I have 17 years experience in the care sector. At Signature, I have worked as a Care Assistant, progressing to a Senior Care Assistant, before moving into the wellness department supporting our Dementia community. In July 2018, I was promoted to become the Dementia Care Manager. In this role, I am responsible for all care staff, and the well-being of our residents. I find that I am most effective in supporting my team to deliver exceptional person-centred care for our residents. I aim to provide peace of mind to family members who trust us to look after their loved ones. I’m very lucky to be part of an incredible team that are dedicated to continuously go above and beyond for our residents, ensuring their happiness and well-being is consistently met.

Residential Care Manager

Paulina Stock

I have over 16 years experience working in the Health Care industry with different care homes in various positions from Care Assistant to Duty Manager. I have a real passion for person-centred care providing the best care and environment for our residents as if they were my own family. Job satisfaction for me is interacting daily with my residents and seeing them happy. Without this, I would not have stayed in this industry for so long! As the Residential Care Manager at Signature at Weybridge, I feel very privileged to be able to bring my wealth of experience and hardworking ethic to such a prestigious, special, residential care home.

Activities Coordinator

Jane Cox

For the majority of my working life, I worked for Johnson & Johnson Medical in a corporate environment ranging from Customer Service Manager of the European Repairs division and then European Supply Chain Specialist. In 2018, I had the opportunity to become an Activity Coordinator – such a huge transition but one I have never regretted. I have an absolute passion for the role. My focus every day is to make the residents happy albeit with music, crafts, exercise, minibus trips and sometimes just daily contact having a chat and a coffee. That personal touch listening and caring. I believe activities are such an important part of daily living in our community. I have a great team and we are all committed to ensuring that every resident makes the most of each day. I am always open to new suggestions and if I can do it, I will. We had a resident previously, who was sadly diagnosed with cancer and I knew she was a huge Cliff Richard fan. I managed to take her to the Royal Albert Hall to his concert last year. The smile on Molly’s face is something I will never forget. I realised when looking at Molly that this is the role for me and makes all the hard work worthwhile.

Head of Housekeeping

Gerard Du Merwe

As a dynamic and results-orientated professional, I bring comprehensive experience in managing office and operational environments. Signature is known as being a leader in the care industry. I am delighted to be working for Signature at Weybridge and being part of a caring, accountable, positive, striving-for-excellence team with integrity.
