My friend has resided at Bentley House for many years on the dementia floor. The staff have always been so friendly and caring towards all the residents and visitors from what I have seen during my time visiting. Nothing seems to be too much trouble when speaking to the staff, no matter how big or small the task is. The home is immaculate, with wonderful settings and daily activities for the residents to enjoy! I always enjoy my time spent there.

It feels like a favourite hotel—professionally run but truly homely. The café and shared spaces are inviting and redefine what a care home can be. Visiting a relative, you might even want to stay yourself!

Signature at Highgate does not feel like a residential care home. The staff are all attentive, helpful and subtle in the way that they support my mother so that they seem more like caring friends than carers. She can remain independent in all her choices and activities while accessing a full range of in-house entertainment. As an example, saying that she likes opera, several operas have been screened in the cinema especially for her. The facilities are more like a luxury hotel with food freshly prepared for each dinner from a small but varied and healthy menu. Guests are always welcome and can be hosted in her private apartment or the public lounges with free coffee and cakes provided. Saying that she likes granola for breakfast, it appeared on the menu by day 3!

My mum has been at Signature, Weybridge since Spring 2022, and I’m just as impressed now as I was in her first year. The staff’s kindness and excellent care continue, and Mum is happy, content, and speaks highly of her carers. She enjoys activities, outings, and afternoons in the Bistro.
