Coombe Hill offers different levels of nursing care tailored to each resident's needs. Before moving in, every resident undergoes an assessment, and a customized care plan is created.

Dementia Care

Our specially designed dementia care community is purpose-built to support residents living with dementia. Managed by our team of highly trained dementia care nurses, you can have confidence that your vulnerable loved one is receiving exceptional care.

Respite Care

Coombe provides short-term care starting from two weeks, offering support for residents and families dealing with temporary conditions or giving carers a well-deserved break. We assist residents in transitioning back home or settling in with us, depending on their needs.
