Signature is a great setting for a care home. It's interior is like a nice hotel and helps residents to feel like they are having a luxurious experience. The staff are wonderful, always going above and beyond. You feel safe leaving your loved ones in their care.

When you walk through the doors at Reigate Grange there is an immediate buzz and warmth. Staff are always smiling and welcoming and show genuine affection and respect for the residents. The atmosphere is like a favourite hotel - professionally run but feels like a place you could call home. The café and shared spaces are immediately attractive and challenge traditional views of what to expect from a care home. Visiting a relative, you might almost want to stay on yourself!

I have been a resident at the Grange for 5 months and I have nothing but praise for the kind and friendly staff. I have always been looked after with thoughtfulness, patience and good humour. Signature at Highgate does not feel like a residential care home. The staff are all attentive, helpful and subtle in the way that they support my mother so that they seem more like caring friends than carers. She can remain independent in all her choices and activities while accessing a full range of in-house entertainment. As an example, saying that she likes opera, several operas have been screened in the cinema especially for her. The facilities are more like a luxury hotel with food freshly prepared for each dinner from a small but varied and healthy menu. Guests are always welcome and can be hosted in her private apartment or the public lounges with free coffee and cakes provided. Saying that she likes granola for breakfast, it appeared on the menu by day 3!

I am very impressed with the care for my 96-year-old mother. All the care staff are warm, fun, friendly and always attentive to my mother’s needs. The facilities at Signature are first class, with beautiful lounges and a restaurant with a splendid cinema and bar. Coombe Hill is a wonderful, happy place. My Dad has been here for six months and the progress that he has made in that time, following a stroke, is remarkable. Mark made the whole process of moving my Dad in seamless and stress-free. He could not have been more helpful and compassionate. The activities and exercises classes on offer are wide-ranging to suit a variety of interests. There is also enough space to be as private as you wish. The daily menu offers a huge range of choices and the standard of food, which I have sampled many times, is excellent. The staff are warm, gentle and respectful with an excellent sense of humour. I feel my dad is in very good hands and I often tell him how spoilt he is (particularly on his birthday when everyone made such a fuss of him)!

My friend has resided at Bentley House for many years on the dementia floor. The staff have always been so friendly and caring towards all the residents and visitors from what I have seen during my time visiting. Nothing seems to be too much trouble when speaking to the staff, no matter how big or small the task is. The home is immaculate, with wonderful settings and daily activities for the residents to enjoy! I always enjoy my time spent there.

The staff were very friendly and helpful which included taking her back to the hospital for outpatient appointments. They even made her a birthday cake as her birthday fell during her stay.
